Insulated industrial sectional doors are a 42mm thick double skinned insulated European Panel construction, construction from a steel or aluminium front and back sheeting.
Insulated with a PU Polyurethane core insulation with optimum thermal and acoustic properties.
We can also offer a Chiller panel construction with a Polystyrene EPS insulated core.

Options to go for a thick panel are available such as a 63mm, 83mm 100mm or 150mm panel options.

Window and vision panel options are available to be incorporated in the door panels to crate natural light and visibility.

Available in sizes up to 8000mm wide x 6000mm high gives this product scope to be used in many and varied industrial and commercial applications.
Fitted with Industrial hardware and fittings marking sure the doors of larger sizes operate safety and easily without causing damage to the door itself or to people and property.
Fitted with the latest safety brakes and restraints, this helps minimise the risk of these doors in larger situations.

Manual or motorised options; with direct drive or rail driven operators with both 1 phase and 3 phase power requirements.
Motorised doors can be fitted with controllers to integrate for loading dock or airlocks and remote style opening.

There are a number of different overhead tracking systems for these doors including a Standard lift, Vertical lift, High lift and Low lift options.
