Fitting & Fixing
Fixing is achieved by attaching sheets to a cavity batten system using stainless steel fixings. Panels are also glued to the wall using industrial grade adhesives.
Where panels are used on Sofits and Fascias drain holes are added at specific intervals. All joins are silicon sealed where required.

Composition of Alcotex
Front Side
Aluminium roll-coated with more than 70% of PVDF. All coating meets or exceeds ZZMA 2605 - 98 requirements.
Core
Anti-toxic low density polyethylene.
Rear Side
Aluminium coated with Chrome or Polyester.
PVDF
Polyvinylidien fluoride of Hylar 5000 in Ausimont USA and Kynar 500 in Elf Atochem.

4mm (Standard), 3mm and 6mm available on special order.
